In a New York town named after an iconic American animal, donut fans will have a chance to indulge their cravings, show a little love for local animals, and use Dunkin Donuts coupons all at the same time. Dunkin Donuts shops in the greater Buffalo area are selling heart-shaped donuts in support of the SPCA (the nation’s second-oldest humane society) throughout the month of November. When doughnut lovers make a one-dollar donation to the SPCA, they’ll receive a limited-edition blue frosted donut as a delicious token of gratitude on behalf of the thousands of animals aided by the SPCA each year.
“Dunkin’ Donuts is honored to support the critical work and innovative programs of the SPCA, which provides the highest quality of care to both the animals and residents of Western New York,” said Dunkin’ Donuts Franchisee Tim Cloe of the fundraiser. “I encourage residents throughout the greater Buffalo area to enjoy a special treat while supporting the SPCA. I am confident our loyal guests will be as enthusiastic as ever in raising funds for an organization that is so important to our community.”
The donuts represent the logo of the SPCA, and you use Dunkin Donuts coupons to pick one up anytime now through December 10. The specialty donut is a heart-shaped yeast shell filled with angel cream and topped with blue icing designed to resemble the SPCA logo. The donut will be available at participating Dunkin’ Donuts locations throughout the greater Buffalo area through December 10.
